GlasGarten Environment Aquarium Soil

Ik gebruik deze soil nu al een tijdje en ten opzichte van de traditionele merken vind ik dit een vriendelijke rustige soil. Die niet te veel, maar voldoende voedingsstoffen loslaat voor een gedegen planten groei, waarbij je niet gelijk terecht te komen in allerlei groene alg problemen.

Ik plaatste dit product in een tankje van 30l. voor het houden van garnalen. Het geeft idd. kristalhelder water ! Wél opletten ! Er was geen info beschikbaar dat de eerste dagen, na het plaatsen van de soil, er hoge pieken van NO2 en NO3 komen. Ook niet in de revieuws.... Ik moet vertellen dat het goed draaiend tankje was met correcte waterwaarden en dito filter. IK heb hetzelfde water en filter gebruikt. Ik heb enkele 50% waterwissels gedaan en daarna op Nitratex laten draaien. Het contact met de klantendienst was zeer goed. Een snelle reactie én het geven van verklarende informatie .

Ik kocht deze soil met oog op de Pure Red Line's die ik mijn nieuwe garnalenbakje wilde gaan houden. De soil is gemakkelijk te verwerken en geeft geen vertroebeling van het water, mits je het water toevoegt via een stukje keukenrol of plastic. Voor planten die ondiep wortelen is deze soul minder geschikt. Ik zou daar eerder de powder vorm voor gebruiken. Maar de andere planten doen hwt gelijk goed. Het water is kristalhelder en de PH is mooi stabiel rond de 6. De garnalen doen het er goed op. Ik ga het zeker weer gebruiken.
