The Slim Tree is versatile in use in the aquarium. The obvious option is to plant the small twigs with moss or small Anubias or Bucephalandra species. A nice tree can be made in this way in a small aquarium. In a larger aquarium, several branches can be planted to create an entire forest. The twigs can also be cut to be glued into other constructions. For example, to make extra roots or lianas.

The Slim Trees are also very nice in an aquarium with shrimps. Shrimp can easily climb in it and they can be observed very well. A biofilm will form on the wood itself that can serve as a food source.

In the beginning the Slim Tree branches will float. Soaking water solves this problem, but it is advisable to glue the twigs to a stone with Superglue and rock wool. The twigs do not add substances to the water.
