Rotala 'Green' is related to the Rotala rotundifolia, but the leaves remain green in color, even under intensive lighting. It comes from Asia and the stems grow to a height of 40-50cm.
The stems can be planted in small clumps or individually. It forms runners and is easy to prune. Cut off tops can be planted in the substrate with the group to make the group larger and fuller. By regularly pruning Rotala rotundifolia 'Green' into shape, a dense, fresh green group is formed. Under more intensive lighting, growth will remain more compact.
