1. Selecting aquarium plants
Ordering aquarium plants online is very easy at Azaqua. More than 200 varieties are available in our webshop. They are easy to sort by different properties. For example, if you are looking for easy aquarium plants, you can check this in the left column. It is also possible to filter on aquarium plants for the foreground, middle zone or background. In a few clicks, the plant that meets all your needs can be shown very specifically.
Selecting plants based on example layouts
Prefer to select plants based on examples? More than 100 sample aquariums can be seen on the webshop. We have labeled the aquarium plants for each aquarium. The numbers correspond to the plants. 2. Order aquarium plants
Our offer is extensive, our stock is limited. We think it is important that you receive plants of good quality (which is why we also supply plants from Tropica and Aquaflora). Plants are unfortunately sensitive to shrinkage. The longer plants are in stock with us, the worse it is for the quality. We therefore choose to deliver to order. In this way maximum freshness can be achieved. The disadvantage is that this sometimes takes a little longer before we can ship your order.
When will your plant order be shipped?
Our current stock can be seen using the stock indicator: 
It is possible that you want to order more plants than are in stock. No problem! After placing the order, it will be added to our system. We then order the required plants from Tropica on Monday or Wednesday morning and also from Aquaflora on Wednesday morning. As soon as they arrive, your order will be packed and shipped immediately in its entirety.
If you order before Monday (from Wednesday to Sunday): Then we can ship it on Wednesday with delivery on Thursday. If there are also Aquaflora plants, we can ship it on Thursday/Friday. Delivery will then follow on Friday/Saturday.*
If you order before Wednesday (on Monday or Tuesday): Then we can ship it on Thursday/Friday. Delivery on Friday/Saturday.*
An email is always sent with tracking information to track the package. The time of delivery brings some uncertainty. By sending strong, fresh plants, they will last longer during transport. A short period in your home in the box should not be a problem. That gives time to plan a suitable moment to plant the aquarium plants in the aquarium. Good planning that takes the above into account is always a good idea.

No partial deliveries
We send the ordered plants together. So not first the part that is in stock and later the rest. Very handy, so that you can plant everything in one go. Sometimes it can happen that the plants that we offer on the webshop are not in stock at the supplier. We always try to inform you about this in time. If it is suspected that one or more plants will not be available for a longer period of time, they can be supplied free of charge as soon as they become available. If you prefer to receive the money back, that is of course also possible.

Krijg netjes mailtjes en ook een mailtje met sommige niet leverbaar.
Jammer dat ik niet krijg te horen welke.
En een indicatie van hoelang het nog kan duren zou ik fijn vinden'
