CO2Art Inline Diffuser
The CO2Art Inline Diffuser is an extremely efficient way of dissolving CO2 in the aquarium. The most striking thing, or not, is that it can be housed in the aquarium furniture. This has the advantage that there are no disturbing hoses hanging in the aquarium or a CO2 diffuser that can become algae. In addition, the solubility is very high, because CO2 dissolves directly in the flowing water.
In an aquarium with a light hood, it is not always pleasant to install a CO2 diffuser. The CO2Art Inline Diffuser is available for hoses with 12/16 size and 16/22 size. This fits most common external filters without any problems. Place the Inline Diffuser on the outflow, as close as possible after the filter. Very fine CO2 bubbles enter the filter hose via the membrane. These are carried along by the current and largely dissolve in the water. The water that circulates in the aquarium is rich in CO2 and is fed directly past the plants. Plants are handed the CO2 on a silver platter.
CO2Art Inline Diffuser operation
The fine bubbles released by the membrane will largely dissolve during the route from filter to aquarium. Due to the fine bubbles, the CO2Art Inline Diffuser requires a little more pressure than a regular CO2 diffuser. A working pressure of 30 psi or 2 Bar is recommended. Preferably use a CO2 pressure hose for connection. The Inline diffuser does not have a bubble counter. This can be added separately, in a similar way as with a CO2 diffuser. If you are smart, you will install a CO2 check valve between the bubble counter and inline diffuser, so that it cannot empty while filling the bubble counter. The membrane can be cleaned or replaced. The Inline Diffuser has no top or bottom and can also be placed horizontally.
Give it 36 hours after installation to assess the true dosage.
