Shipping your order
Packages
Orders are sent per package up to 30kg with DPD. An order with a larger weight will be divided into multiple packages of a maximum of 30 kg each. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the total weight. Choose "Service Point Delivery: DPD" for delivery to a collection point. Choose "DPD" or "DPD Europe" for home delivery.
Pallets
To send larger products that require a pallet, such as aquariums and furniture, we ship with DHL.
You will always receive status updates and an email with Track and Trace information to track your order.
SHIPPING in the Netherlands
Shipping with DPD is FREE for orders over €85 (including VAT).
SHIPPING within Europe
See the table below. Shipping costs are excl. VAT. The VAT is recalculated to the VAT rate applicable in that country, so prices may differ. The actual prices are displayed directly in the shopping cart.
DELIVERY TIMES
Azaqua processes your order as quickly as possible. Products that are in stock can be processed immediately after receipt of payment. Your order will be given to the parcel service within 1 or 2 days. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery is usually the next day.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it may take longer, because the payment takes longer to arrive via bank transfer. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about this. Orders will only be processed once we have received payment.
Larger products such as aquariums and furniture are delivered to order and this can sometimes take some time.
If a product is out of stock or a product has a longer delivery time, we will do our best to inform you. Azaqua is aware that waiting takes a long time, especially when it comes to beautiful products. We therefore always do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we are also dependent on suppliers. As a result, the delivery time cannot always be determined accurately. Thank you for your understanding.

PICK UP ORDER
It is possible to collect your order yourself by appointment in Steenwijk. Please feel free to contact us via the contact form for more information.
Additional information
We use environmentally friendly solutions as much as possible when shipping. Boxes and packaging materials are reused as much as possible.
Damage upon arrival?
Unfortunately, it may happen that products in your order are damaged during transport. For glass products (aquariums, lily pipes, etc.) we offer a " complete arrival guarantee ". Email a photo of the damaged product and we will do our best to send a new one as soon as possible.
