Anubias 'Chili' (Pangolino) is a small Anubias variety. Where the Anubias 'Mini Coin' has round leaves, Anubias Pangolino has pointed leaves. It is just as easy to grow as other Anubias strains, so it doesn't like bright light.
Anubias 'Chili' (Pangolino) thrives best attached to rocks and tree roots in the aquarium. If planted in the substrate, the creeping stem (rhizome) should not be covered, as this may cause the plant to rot and die. Anubias 'Chili' (Pangolino) branches easily to form a dense cushion of small, round, deep green leaves. If the plant becomes too dense, it can be carefully divided and the new plants placed elsewhere in the aquarium.
It is ideal for use in nano aquariums, but can also be added to the small details of a larger aquarium.
