Anubias barteri 'Coffeefolia'
Anubias barteri 'Coffeefolia' is a very beautiful kweekvariant of the Anubias barteri. This easy aquariumplant is 15 to 25 cm tall and the rhizome is 10 cm and longer. Characteristic is the particular shape, whereby the bladribben strongly curved. Young leaves are ochreous in colour. This makes for a fascinating scene in both a small and large aquarium.
Also this Anubias can be under water regularly white flowers. He grows very slowly and is thus unfortunately susceptible to puntalg and baardalgen. By herbivores is he left alone and he is not picky in regards to the quality of the water. Old leaves can be cut off and the rhizome can be shared.
For maximum effect the Anubias on a piece of wood or stone to be bonded. When planting in the substrate, it is important that the corm above the substrate remains, otherwise rot he's gone.
