SaltyShrimp Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+
SaltyShrimp Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ has been specially developed for keeping and breeding bee shrimp, bumblebee shrimp and tiger shrimp in an aquarium that uses osmosis water, rainwater or demineralized water. It increases the total hardness (GH) without significantly affecting the carbonate hardness (KH). This is particularly important for shrimp that come from a habitat with soft water (KH/GH ratio: 0.06/1.0).
Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ contains all the important minerals and trace elements that your shrimp need for their well-being, intensive colors, successful reproduction and healthy development. In addition, it promotes plant growth and the microbiological regeneration of biological filter substrates. The danger of toxic bacteria is reduced because these minerals stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria and microflora.
Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ has no direct influence on the pH. When keeping and breeding shrimp, a pH of less than 7 is recommended. As soon as biological degradation processes start, this can take place automatically. But if the pH remains higher, a low carbonate hardness (KH value) still allows the pH to be easily influenced. For example, by using alder plugs, peat or other pH-lowering additives.

SaltyShrimp Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ Dosage advice
Use SaltyShrimp - Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ to re-mineralize Osmosis water, rainwater or distilled water, etc. to a total hardness of 6 °dH and/or a conductivity of approximately 200 +/- 50 µS (Microsiemens). For this purpose, one level scoop (approx. 3 grams) per 20 liters of water is sufficient. Measuring spoon is included.
Usage advice:
Dissolve the powder in water outside the aquarium. Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ dissolves completely in a few seconds and the water is immediately ready for use. Make sure that undissolved particles also end up in the aquarium. Close the jar tightly after use, because this powder absorbs moisture easily.
