Shirakura White Mineral Powder is a water improver consisting of various components. It serves to improve the health and colors of shrimp. For example, it contains: Calcium carbonate that prevents peeling problems and promotes healthy skin; Proteins, which are responsible for the bright white stripes of bee shrimp; Natural dye astaxanthin, which is extracted from algae and is responsible for the bright red of the shrimp; And also contains various minerals, vitamins and micro-nutrients.
The powder for water treatment also serves to activate microorganisms living in the substrate. This is indirectly important as food for shrimp. Baby shrimp in particular benefit from these microorganisms, because they need these nutrients in sufficient quantities from the very beginning for the development of color and body structure. Only then will they retain their color later in life with the same intensity as when they are young.
For a 60cm aquarium: Spread 1 scoop* of White Mineral Powder over the surface every 3 to 4 days so that the powder is evenly distributed. The small particles will quickly sink to the bottom and activate the bacteria and microorganisms in the soil. Dosage depends on the number of animals in the aquarium.

Ideaal voor jonge garnalen maar ook de volwassen garnalen doen het er goed op. zodra ik het poeder besprenkel in mijn aquarium weten ze niet hoe gauw ze met zijn allen tevoorschijn moeten komen!
Echte houdini's die Japonica's, maar nadat ik er van dit spul had ingedaan, verschenen ze allemaal vanonder de plantjes. Leuk om te zien dat ze er deugd van hebben!
