Black Venom Stone
Black Venom Stone has a vibrant black color. In the smooth, black glazed surface, different shades of black and gray can be discovered with sometimes fascinating patterns. Truly a type of stone that does not immediately reveal its beauty, but which needs to be looked at a little longer. That makes it an ideal stone for the aquarium. When used in an aquascape, the stone provides a nice contrast to green plants.
Under water the color will be close to black. Thanks to its slightly glossy surface with small nuances and white lines, the Black Venom Stone is ideal for imitating a dark rock formation. The dark color can also be used to enhance shading in the layout. The surface is smooth, making it difficult for mosses to grow on it. They can be stacked well to make creative constructions. A combination with Driftwood, Spiderwood or Manzanita wood is also perfectly possible. Even more atmosphere can be given to the aquascape by combining with WIO Silver Shadow nano rocks, WIO Black Venom boulder and WIO Heaven sand. By combining the stones in the aquarium with Hemianthus callitrichoides 'Cuba', for example, a nice contrast is created. Black Venom Stone gives enough possibilities for an impressive layout!
The stones can slightly increase the hardness of the aquarium. This can be easily overcome by performing a water change on a regular basis. They can be used directly in the aquarium. It doesn't hurt to dip them in a bucket or rinse them under the tap.
