Twinstar CO2 diffuser

Twinstar CO2 diffuser is made of acrylic with a porous ceramic membrane on top. This membrane ensures that the bubbles that form are really very small. CO2 is thus maximally dissolved in the aquarium water.

Twinstar CO2 diffuser made of acrylic is just as clear as glass, but much less breakable. Unlike glass competitors are unfortunately a bit more sensitive to scratches, but the price quality of this CO2 diffuser is excellent. With the solid suction cup it can easily be attached to the window. A standard CO2 hose is sufficient for connection. It takes about half an hour to soak the CO2 diffuser and then the fizzing with fine bubbles can begin. The fine bubbles are less likely to rise to the surface of the water and be carried along by the current. The CO2 will dissolve symphonically and be fed to the plants.

Microscopic openings in the ceramic membrane produce much smaller bubbles than glass diffusers. In addition, dirt accumulates much less easily in the fine openings. As a result, the Neo CO2 diffuser appears to require less maintenance in practice than the glass alternatives.

Ik heb inmiddels verschillende diffusors gehad waaronder een 100+euro van ADA, maar deze twinstar blijft toch het beste van allen, en geeft de kleinste belletjes.
