Of course it is annoying if you have a complaint about the service you experienced. Nevertheless, we kindly ask for your complaint via e-mail to the department customer contact. This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and/or telephone. Our employees of the department customer contact will the complaint and try to everyone's satisfaction the complaint to resolve.

After receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will review your complaint within 14 days after receiving answer, if it need more time, we will notify you.
If you do not appreciate it, then you can also always contact the department of mediation Webshop Keurmerk where Azaqua is connected. If the attempt of mediation for any reason not to reach a satisfactory solution, it is possible for your dispute to the disputes committee (SGC).
