You have a cooling off period of 14 days without giving reasons to return the product, commencing on the date of receipt of the product. You have from the time of the feedback have 14 days to return the product to send. The product can only be unused and, if possible, in original packaging to be returned. For the return of the order, the return costs are for your account. We will the amount within 14 days of receipt.

The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including any delivery charges by the trader charged for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer him the revocation report. Unless the trader offers the product to collect, he may wait to refund until he receives the product or until the consumer proves that the product has not returned, according to whichever time is earlier. The operator used for the repayment the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer consents to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.

Proceed as follows:
1. Log in on the webshop
2. go to my account
3. go to "History and details of my orders"
4. Select the order
5. Select the products that you want to swap
6. confirm the return request

We take the return request as soon as possible in treatment.
You will receive a confirmation when the request has been approved.
Then you can return the goods, together with the return form. (please indicate whether you the amount back want to receive incl. IBAN number, or a voucher wish.)
After good receipt, the full purchase price (including to Azaqua postage paid) be repaid or converted into a gift voucher.

Additional information:
- The costs for returning are for your own account.
- A good arrival (break, damage, lost package, etc.) are your own responsibility.
