In order to draw in the water evenly, the inflow has small holes. Large enough to allow dirt particles to pass through to the filter. Small fish, large shrimp or dead leaves will be stopped.
The end of the outflow is slightly pinched. This creates a stronger jet that creates more flow in the water. When Inflow and Outflow are correctly installed in the aquarium, ideal water circulation can take place.
For anyone who does not like to look at algae in the glass inflow, this stainless steel inflow and outflow is also a godsend. Only the outside is visible and it looks very nice with the brushed stainless steel look. For extra ease of maintenance, the part with holes can be disconnected.

OUR TIP: When connecting, wet the pipes before they are pressed onto the hose. This makes it easier to slide on. When detaching the hose, first press it further. That way it comes off more smoothly.
