An aquascape is all about details and finesse. Dennerle Natural Gravel Kongo is ideal to use to simulate glaciers, fallen rocks or gravel surfaces. The gravel consists of flat stones in various sizes for a playful effect. Once under water, the dark gray color provides a beautiful contrast with fresh green plants or light ground cover such as La Plata Sand. Fish generally feel more comfortable with a dark bottom, which makes colors stand out better. However, the gravel is less suitable for bottom-dwelling fish such as Corydoras, because it can be sharp.
