Foreground plants are basicly aquarium plants that stay low. Combine different types of aquarium plants that provide contrast with each other in color, leave shape and height. This way a playful and interesting under water landscape can be created.
Eleocharis pusilla 'mini' is a variant of the well-known Needle Grass family and is even smaller than Eleocharis parvula. This dwarf aquarium plant is therefore predestined for use in the nano aquarium. After some time, Eleocharis acicularis 'Mini' will have covered the ground with a field full of fine, fresh green blades.
Helanthium tenellum, formerly Echinodorus tenellus, is the smallest variant of the Echinodorus species. This makes it ideal for a small aquarium. The plant spreads via suckers and eventually a beautiful, fresh green grass carpet will develop in the aquarium.
